Affinity’s American Magazine just came out with a study which tells us what we already knew intuitively; different age groups gravitate towards different device, mobile marketing

Specifically, baby boomers love their e-readers, GenXers love tablets and Millennials are seduced by their smartphones.

Baby boomers (50-64) are 19% more likely than any other age group to own something like a Kindle.  Gen Xers (ages 30-49) are 16% more likely to own a tablet like the iPad.  And the Millennials (under 30) are 28% more likely to own a smartphone.
