mobile advertisingAccording to Jumptap, around 30% of all mobile ad campaigns ask subscribers to click-to-call, click-to-map, click to download or click to SMS.

The remaining 70% simply invite users to a website.  Because of this they are weaker, less actionable and have lower conversion rates.

Jumptap also discovered that mobile ad activity is highest at mid-day (lunch hour!) and not surprisingly at its lowest during the morning commute and the first few hours of the workday.
